We offer multiple payment methods to ensure convenience for our customers. You can choose to pay with cash, or use major credit cards like Visa and Mastercard. Additionally, we accept payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.
Is there a limit on luggage or passengers?
Our vehicles are designed to accommodate a specific number of passengers and luggage. Generally, standard vehicles can hold up to four passengers with two medium-sized suitcases. If you have extra luggage or require additional space, please inform us at the time of booking.
How do I cancel or amend a booking?
You can easily cancel or modify your booking by contacting our customer service team via phone or email. We recommend doing this 3 hours before pickup time to avoid cancellation fees or issues with your reservation.
